Anhui Fangyuan was invited to participate in the 6th China International Coal and Clean & Efficient Utilization Exhibition held in Taiyuan from November 8th to 10th, 2020. In this exhibition, our company focuses on the multi stack high-frequency screening machine, the polyurethane fine screen independently produced by the company and with two invention patents, as well as other types of rubber and polyurethane screen panels.
During the exhibition, the humanized design of our company's high-frequency multi stack high-frequency screening machine in terms of processing accuracy, anti-corrosion and wear-resistant treatment, easy operation, use and maintenance has been highly recognized and praised by the participating customers.
The multi stack high-frequency screening machine produced is mainly used for coarse cutting, desliming and dehydration in the coarse slime separation process system. As the multi stack high-frequency screening machine is equipped with polyurethane fine screen (FY-sieve type) independently developed and produced by our company, the opening rate is high (≥ 32%), the screen holes are conical hole design, which is non-blocking, and can achieve accurate, efficient and forced classification of fine-grained materials, so the screening efficiency is high (≥ 80%). Compared with other grading desliming equipment, the effect of removing high ash fine mud is remarkable, and the recovery rate of coarse and clean coal mud can be greatly improved. The mesh sizes of polyurethane fine screen are 0.075mm, 0.1mm, 0.125mm, 0.15mm, 0.18mm, 0.18SS, 0.23mm, 0.25mm, 0.3mm, 0.32mm, 0.35mm, 0.39mm, 0.43mm, 0.5mm, 0.6mm, 0.7mm, 0.85mm, 1.0mm, etc., which can be selected by coal preparation users.
